ICBC also offers coverage for collision and comprehensive, these are optional coverage’s but they are clearly important to most drivers and the vast majority of drivers carry this type of insurance through ICBC. But there is Choice! Rand and Fowler is one of the few brokers in BC to offer an alternative for optional coverage (collision and comprehensive) through our relationship with Family Insurance.
Family is a private insurer offering auto as well as home insurance, ask your Rand and Fowler Insurance agent to provide you a quote , you might be pleasantly surprised as to the features and cost on this option.

With five locations plus a mobile service we make your purchase hasel free. All of our offices are there to serve you 6 days a week and if that doesn’t work please give us a call and we will come to you free of charge.
Own a motorcycle? We provide ICBC insurance as well as optional coverage through Beacon Underwriting’s Ridesmart Motorcycle Program. At Rand & Fowler, we are the Lower Mainland’s easiest and most convenient way of renewing your ICBC Autoplan policy.
